SaveThePanel Partner Program Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Partnership:This partnership is in name only and does not constitute or imply any legal joint venture, partnership, agency, or interrelated business ownership or control between SaveThePanel (Curious Puppy Online, LLC) and the Partner.
2. Purpose:The purpose of this partnership is to recognize vetted professionals and businesses with expertise relevant to home automation, alarm panel integrations, and related fields, and to allow such partners to showcase their expertise on SaveThePanel.com and to our community.
3. Partner Benefits:
   • Listing on the SaveThePanel Partners Page (with company name, URL, and short description)
   • Use of the SaveThePanel Partner badge on your website and marketing materials
   • Opportunities to submit guest posts, AMAs, or case studies, subject to editorial approval
   • Ability to offer special promotions, discounts, or referral links to SaveThePanel members, with prior approval
4. Use of Names and Logos:Both parties grant each other permission to use the other’s company name and approved logo in marketing efforts, social media posts, and website mentions for the purpose of discussing or advertising the partnership. All such mentions must be in good taste, accurate, and positive, and may not be used to demean, misrepresent, or defame either party.Logos and branding materials used must be provided by the Partner to SaveThePanel, and SaveThePanel may likewise provide its logos for use by the Partner.
5. Content and Promotions:Any content, discounts, or promotional offers proposed by the Partner for publication on SaveThePanel.com must be approved by SaveThePanel prior to posting or distribution to members.
6. Termination:Either party may terminate the partnership at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, both parties agree to cease public reference to the partnership within 30 days and to remove each other’s logos and mentions from their respective websites and marketing materials, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing. Termination for egregious violation of terms, misrepresentation, illegal, immoral, or unethical activity, or suggesting / recommending unsafe, illegal, immoral, or unethical activity to forum members may be terminated immediately without notice.
7. No Endorsements or Guarantees:Participation in the SaveThePanel Partner Program does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by SaveThePanel regarding the Partner’s products, services, or practices. Likewise, the Partner does not provide any endorsement, warranty, or guarantee regarding SaveThePanel.
8. Acceptance of site terms: Partners, as with all site members, agree to read, understand and follow the terms specified in the footer of savethepanel.com and curiouspuppy.net websites. 9. Modifications:SaveThePanel may modify these terms and conditions with 30 days’ notice to the Partner.
